Pre-orders

AUM Aura pieces are made to order in Bali. When you place an order you are reserving the item, and we start making it for you.

Please allow approximately 4 weeks from the date of your order for delivery to Spain, the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe.

Returns

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

If something arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, email hello@aumaura.co with your order details and photos within 14 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the faulty item.
