Order Changes & Cancellations

It's ok to change your mind. Please inform us within 7 days of the order being placed. Contact hello@aumaura.co as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production has progressed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns & Refunds

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@aumaura.co with your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Return postage is at your cost, unless the item is faulty — if it is faulty, we cover the return postage. Refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 3–5 days of us receiving the return.
