Who we are

AUM Aura (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the trading name of White & Browns LTD, company number 11071391. We operate aumaura.co, a website for early access to our Bali-inspired printed yoga wear and the retail shop. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@aumaura.co.

What data we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:

• First name
• Email address
• Country
• Phone number (if you provide it through a Google Ads lead form)
• Marketing and campaign information related to your sign-up (for example, which advert or form you used)
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited (through analytics tools)

How we collect data

We collect personal data when you:

• Join the early access list on our website
• Submit a lead form on a Google advert for AUM Aura
• Email us directly
• Place an order in the shop

Shop orders

When you place an order in the shop, we collect your full name, email address and mobile number for the carrier. We also collect your delivery address: street, address line 2 if you have one, town or city, postcode and country. We keep a record of what you ordered, including the products, sizes, quantities and the price paid. Retail prices include VAT.

Card payments are taken by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe receives the payment details needed to take the payment and prevent fraud.

We use these details to take payment, make and deliver your order, email you about the order, and handle changes, returns and refunds.

How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Add you to our early access list and contact you about product launches and offers
• Respond to your enquiries
• Measure and improve our advertising and website performance
• Prevent spam, abuse, and duplicate sign-ups
• Process, make and deliver shop orders, and handle changes, returns and refunds
• Keep the records we need for tax and accounting

We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis (UK and EU GDPR)

If you join the early access list or submit a lead form, we use your details with your consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. When you place a shop order, we use your details to perform that contract and to meet legal duties such as tax records. We also rely on legitimate interests to run and protect the website, where those interests do not override your rights.

Third parties

We use trusted service providers to run our website and marketing, including:

• IONOS — website hosting and database storage
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement
• Google Ads — advertising and conversion measurement
• Pinterest — advertising and conversion measurement
• Stripe — card payments for shop orders

These providers process data on our behalf only as needed to deliver their services. Google’s use of data is also governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. Pinterest’s use of data is governed by Pinterest’s Privacy Policy. Stripe’s use of payment data is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

How long we keep your data

We keep sign-up and lead data for as long as needed to manage early access and send launch updates, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep shop order records for as long as needed to deliver the order, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting duties, usually six years, unless the law requires a longer period.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw consent at any time, including by using the unsubscribe link in our emails
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or, if you are in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD)
